Account email, hashed password, order metadata, support messages, and technical logs needed to run seats and billing.
Payments
Crypto payments are processed by OxaPay. We store order ids and payment status, not full chain wallets beyond what the provider returns.
Retention
Account and order records are kept while you use the service and as required for accounting disputes.
